Servicing

How often should I service my aircon?

For residential units used daily, we recommend servicing every 6 months. Commercial or heavy-use units should be serviced every 1–2 months. Regular servicing keeps your unit running efficiently, reduces electricity bills, and extends the compressor lifespan significantly.

What does a standard aircon service include?

A standard service covers: cleaning of filters, evaporator coil, drain tray, and fan blade; checking refrigerant pressure; inspecting electrical connections; and a performance test at the end. We document the condition of your unit and flag any issues that need attention.

How long does a service appointment take?

Standard servicing for a single unit takes approximately 30–45 minutes. Chemical wash or overhaul services take 1–2 hours per unit. We'll give you a realistic time estimate when you book so you can plan your day accordingly.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Yes, someone should be present to grant access and to confirm the work is completed to your satisfaction. For commercial premises, a facilities representative is sufficient. We will not leave the site without a sign-off from you or your representative.

Installation

What brands do you install?

We install all major brands available in Malaysia — Daikin, Acson, Panasonic, Midea, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Samsung, Hisense, York, and Carrier. If you've purchased a unit elsewhere or have a specific brand in mind, we can handle the installation.

How long does installation take?

A standard split-unit installation typically takes 2–4 hours. Cassette or ducted systems require longer depending on the scope. We'll inspect your premises beforehand and provide a clear timeline before any work begins.

Do you provide the unit or do I buy it myself?

Both options are available. We can supply and install the unit (with access to trade pricing on major brands), or we can install a unit you have already purchased. WhatsApp us with your requirements and we'll advise on the best approach for your situation.

Repair & Gas Top-Up

My aircon is not cold — is it the gas?

Low cooling performance can have several causes — low refrigerant, dirty coils, a faulty compressor, or incorrect temperature settings. Low gas (refrigerant) is one common cause but not the only one. Our technician will diagnose the actual issue before recommending a gas top-up or any repair, so you don't pay for work you don't need.

How much does a gas top-up cost?

Gas top-up pricing depends on the refrigerant type (R32, R410A, R22) and the quantity needed. We provide a fixed quote after diagnosing your unit — no hidden charges. WhatsApp us with your aircon model and we can give you a preliminary estimate.

Do you offer same-day repair?

Yes, subject to technician availability and the complexity of the repair. For urgent breakdowns — particularly in commercial settings — WhatsApp us immediately and we'll dispatch as quickly as possible. We cover the full Klang Valley including PJ, Shah Alam, Puchong, Cheras, and surrounding areas.

Pricing & Booking

How do I get a quote?

The fastest way is to WhatsApp us with your location, the type of service you need, and the number of units. We'll respond with a fixed quote — no site visit required for most standard services. For commercial or large-scale projects, we may arrange a brief site inspection first.

Do you charge a call-out or inspection fee?

A call-out fee applies for all service visits. Charges may differ for commercial sites — please contact us for a quote. We will always disclose the fee upfront before you confirm the booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, DuitNow QR, and bank transfer. Payment is collected after the service is completed and you have confirmed satisfaction with the work. We issue a WhatsApp receipt for every transaction.
